用法
【身體】25ml基底油+ 6-8滴香薰油
【浸浴】8-20滴香薰油
【桑拿】每500ml水加入2滴香薰油
【直接吸入】於一盆熱水中加入3-5滴香薰油，用毛巾把盆子和頭部蓋好，閉上眼睛，慢慢深呼吸幾分鐘
【紙巾吸入】2-3滴香薰油
【熱敷法】於一盆熱水中加入3-5滴香薰油，用毛巾浸濕及扭乾後放於所需部位
【空氣噴霧機/ 蠟燭香薰爐】每100ml水加入8-12滴香薰油
【Alqvimia手造陶瓷香薰爐】直接把原裝香薰油安上即可，不需加水
