Local Orders
For local orders(Hong Kong), we use SF Express.
Free delivery for order HK$900 or above to any SF station, SF store, SF locker and SF service partners in Hong Kong, HK$30 for order under HK$900 (excluding weight). The item will be delivered to the recipient address within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. If you choose self-pickup, you will receive a SMS notification from SF Express upon arrival of the shipment.

The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or if no one is available to receive the shipment at the address provided by the customer, resulting in the return of the shipment or re-delivery.

Macau
For Macau orders, we use SF Express.
Free delivery for order HK$1500 or above to any SF station, SF locker, SF service partners in Macau, residential and commercial address.
For order under HK$900 the charge depends on the weight of the goods, starting from HK$58 (the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee according to the weight of the goods after the goods are added to the shopping cart).
The item will be delivered to the recipient address within 4-5 working days after payment confirmation. If you choose self-pickup, you will receive a SMS notification from SF Express upon arrival of the shipment.Other overseas locations.
All overseas shipments will only be delivered to the service area provided by the Hong Kong Post Office.
- Shipments will be delivered within 7-10 working days after payment is confirmed. (Subject to delivery destination)
- Parcels may be subject to customs duty by the local country. Please consult your own customs/tax office before purchasing and pay any form of duty as required by law. If the goods are controlled items, we are not responsible for any inspection or loss.
- If an item is packaged in too large a quantity, additional charges will be applied based on the actual size of the item and Elegant Beauty reserves the right to make all decisions.
- Customers must provide valid shipping information, including consignee, mailing address, contact phone number and email address. If the information is incorrect, the customer assumes the risk and proceeds at their own risk.
Physical Store Pickup
You are welcome to check the address of the company's store for more information.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp pickup notification at the store of your choice. To pick up your order, simply present the WhatsApp pickup notification, check the item and sign for it. If there is a shortage of goods, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for delayed delivery and replacement. After the order is verified, no conversions, returns, refunds or changes can be made in the address.
