SF Express

Free shipping for purchases HK$900 or above. It can be delivered to any area in Hong Kong or picked up at SF store, SF locker and SF service partner. The shipping fee is HK$30 for purchases below HK$900 (excluding weight). The goods will be delivered to the delivery address within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. If you choose self-pickup, the customer will receive a notification from SF Express via SFHK APP after shipment arrives.

After the goods are sent, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make other arrangements. The delivery time may be delayed, additional charges incurred due to address changes or multiple unsuccessful deliveries or failure to pick up within the time limit will be borne by the customer.

To enhance customer protection against phishing and scam messages, SF Express Hong Kong will reduce SMS notifications from 2025 April 14. All self-pickup notifications will be sent exclusively via the official SFHK APP to minimize fraud risks. Customers can track their shipments, including waybill details, delivery status directly in the app.

Hong Kong post

Post office, smart mail station

Free shipping for purchases over HK$900, which can be delivered to Hong Kong Post Office or self-service e-mail stations for pick-up. Shipping fee is HK$30 for purchases below HK$900 (excluding weight). The goods will be delivered to the post office within 3-4 working days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive SMS notification from Hongkong Post upon arrival of the shipment.

* Post office pickup restrictions: the weight cannot exceed 2 kg, the total length, width and thickness of the package must not exceed 900 mm, and the largest dimension must not exceed 600 mm on one side

* The maximum size of mail that can be accommodated by the iPostal Station: 380mm (length) x 450mm (width) x 260mm (thickness)

If the delivery address is incomplete, wrong, or no one is available to receive the goods at the address provided by the customer, the goods may be returned or have to be re-arranged for delivery. The customer shall be responsible for all costs.

Overseas delivery

inside China

We choose SF Express. You are welcome to contact us to get an SF Express waybill number before placing an order. Then the customer needs to upload both sides of the domestic identity document on the SF Express website. The freight and taxes are payable.

Macau

Orders HK$1,500 or above can enjoy free shipping in Macau!
For purchases below HK$1,500 the charges depend on the weight and size of the package, starting from HK$58 (after adding the goods to the shopping basket, enter the delivery address, and the system will calculate the shipping fee based on the weight of the goods before payment).

Other overseas regions

All goods shipped overseas will only be delivered to the service areas provided by the Hong Kong Post Office.

The goods will be delivered within 7-10 working days after payment is confirmed. (Subject to delivery destination)
Postal parcels may be subject to customs duties by local countries. Please check with customs/tax authorities yourself before purchasing and pay any form of tax in accordance with the law. If the goods are controlled items we are not responsible for any inspection or loss.
If the packaging volume of the item is too large, additional charges will be charged based on the actual area, and Elegant Beauty reserves all rights to decide.
Customers must provide valid mailing information, including consignee, mailing address, contact number and email address. If the information is incorrect, the customer must do so at their own risk.

In-store pickup

After the order is confirmed, you will receive a pickup notification by email. It usually takes one to two working days. If the ordered products need to be transferred or ordered, it will take about five working days. Please wait patiently. Just present the email pickup notification when picking up your order. If there is a shortage of goods, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for back delivery and replacement.
